4. How We Share Information

We do not sell consumer personal information in the traditional sense. However, our core service involves sharing consumer lead information with attorney clients. Specifically:

• Attorney clients: Consumer lead information (name, phone, email, case details) is shared exclusively with the attorney or law firm client who has contracted to receive that lead. Leads are not shared with multiple law firms.
• Service providers: We share information with vendors who help us operate our business, including CRM platforms, lead delivery technology providers, telephony providers, and advertising platforms. These vendors are contractually restricted from using your information for purposes other than providing services to us.
• Advertising platforms: We share limited data with Meta (Facebook) and Google to run and optimize advertising campaigns. This may include hashed email addresses or phone numbers used for audience matching.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Digital Advertising & Tracking

As a digital marketing agency, we use the following tracking technologies as core parts of our business:

Meta (Facebook) Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel on our website and landing pages to track conversions, build retargeting audiences, and optimize ad delivery. This tool collects data about actions taken on our pages and sends it to Meta. Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Google Ads & Google Analytics: We use Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics to measure campaign performance. Google may set cookies on your device. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies: We use session and persistent cookies to support site functionality and analytics. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not function properly as a result.

TrustedForm / Jornaya: We may use consent certification technology (such as TrustedForm or Jornaya) on our lead capture pages to document that a consumer provided express written consent at the time of form submission. This creates a verifiable consent certificate.

6. TCPA & Lead Consent

Our lead generation campaigns are designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC regulations. When a consumer submits a form on one of our advertising landing pages, we present a clear and conspicuous disclosure that includes:

• The identity of the party or parties who may contact them
• That they may be contacted by telephone, including via automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages
• That consent is not a condition of receiving any service

We maintain records of consent, including the date, time, IP address, and the exact consent language presented to each consumer at the time of submission.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide services to our attorney clients, comply with legal obligations (including TCPA consent recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consent records are typically retained for a minimum of four (4) years. Website analytics data is retained per the default settings of the applicable analytics platform.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
• Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from any marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly
• Do Not Call: If you are on the National Do Not Call Registry and believe you have received a call in error, please contact us at hello@leadpigeon.io

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 12.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we collect and store. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk. We will notify affected individuals of a data breach as required by applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has submitted information to us, we will delete it promptly.
